The government of Bermuda aims to deliver improved workforce development and training by modernizing systems and automating processes.

Bermuda is a parliamentary self-governing overseas territory of the United Kingdom and the Department of Workforce Development overseas career development and training in Bermuda, similar to how State and Local governments in the United States deliver WIOA employment and training services. Prior to selecting Launchpad, the Bermuda government relied on many manual processes, and Excel spreadsheets, with their current processes highly dependent on paper forms. Additionally, it was very difficult to get access to data on program progress, and service delivery. 

The Government of Bermuda needed a system that would allow them to fully track the participation and the outcome of the current program while improving data capture and reporting.

• Referrals - The capability to refer a participant to a training or service provider and program. 

• Reports and Dashboards - A Robust, drag and drop reporting platform allowing data teams as well as program staff to create robust reports and dashboards on all data within the system.

Faster Time To Value with Rapid COTS Implementation

Bermuda also selected Abelian, a Certified Launchpad and Salesforce Implementation partner and a leader in Public Sector and Nonprofit software services. Abelian will be managing the entire implementation process from discovery to delivery and onboarding.
