Launchpad’s Case Management application is designed specifically for workforce development and built natively on the Salesforce platform to connect public sector and nonprofit organizations to the people they serve.
Our app provides a 360 degree view of your clients eligibility, enrollments, activities and more across SNAP, TANF, HUD, and all WIOA based programs.
Common Intake Form
Launchpad provides a single, configurable intake form that collects demographics, past employment, education, skills, and barriers.
The Common Intake Form makes it easier for job seekers to be matched with needed services and provide you with the data needed for federal, state, and local reporting.
Eligibility & Program Matching
Empower Case Managers to provide optimal results for job seekers by automatically creating matches to programs and services that they qualify for based on eligibility criteria gathered during the Common Intake process.
Enrollment, Referrals, and Funding
Case Managers can help clients reach their goals by enrolling them in programs and supportive services or creating a referral to a service provider within the client’s profile.
Using our Grant Management module within our Case Management application, organizations can also manage and track funding at federal and local levels. We reduce the administrative burden by automating review and approval processes.
Skills & Job Matching
Accelerate job seeker re-employment using our Job Matching feature. Our system uses client skills collected during the intake process and include a variety of work-related abilities that may include academic, occupational, vocational, interpersonal and/or communication skills to match job seekers with jobs, and display them on their profile. Job Seekers can also upskill by attending Events and Workshops.
Assessments & ITAs
Helping clients reach their goals often involves outside resources. The Case Management App can create assessment, ITAs, and contract records that can be viewed directly from the client’s profile.
Automated processes can be put into place to make reviews and approvals for contracts and funding a seamless and hassle free process. Launchpad’s Case Management also uses location services to match clients with providers based on their proximity.
Robust Data Tracking
As you and your clients work together, count on our Case Management to help track and monitor progress. With features including profile notes, emailing and call loggings, task reminders, and activity history tracking, you can monitor the performance of your client as they complete programs and apply for jobs while logging the effectiveness of their provider training.
You can also track applications your client submits, any jobs they are hired for, and schedule exit and follow up meetings as needed.
Event Management is a module within our Case Management App. Users can create and manage events that job seekers and employers can search for and attend in the local area. Event Management helps track and enroll clients in welcome sessions, training events, workshops, job fairs, hiring events, and on-demand virtual events.
Reports & Dashboards
Our Reporting and Analytics Platform provides access to real-time data and analytics across all workforce programs, including WIOA and partnering state programs, such as TANF. Communicate your impact to stakeholders through compelling charts, dashboards, & visualizations.
