demographic information, such as NAICS and SOC 

codes, and can be updated in real time. 

Business Contact & 
​Communication Tracking

Staff can create and track contacts directly from the 

employer account with business fields auto-populated 

and linked automatically. All employer-facing interactions-

including emails, calls, events, and services-can be tracking, 

logged, and tied performance dashboards. Automated 

follows-ups and reminders (e.g., 30/60/90-day intervals 

or survey collection) can also be triggered. 

NAICS/SOC Targeting & Sector 
Strategy Support

Focus resources on priority industries by targeting employers 

based on NAICS and SOC classifications. Import trusted

economic development data, migrate from existing Salesforce
