complete assisted registration through the Common Intake.
Activities & Services Management
Track participation in job readiness workshops, work
experience programs, apprenticeships, ITAs, OJTs, and
internships. Record and update individual appointments,
services, and referrals.
Assessments & Test Results
Record and manage assessments including TABE, CASAS,
ABE, and ESL. Use results to guide program placement,
identify training needs, and track progress over time.
Re-Entry Tracking
Track justice-involved participants and their engagement
in workforce services, job placement, and re-entry success.
Program Outcomes & History
Monitor participant outcomes, including employment status,
wage increases, and credential attainment. Maintain a historical
record of enrollments, completions, and exit services.
Funding Tracking
Track service delivery and participation by funding source.
Align services with available budget streams and ensure
compliance with program-specific funding requirements.
