​Partner4Work was first introduced to Launchpad at the beginning of 2016 when we implemented their 
customer relationship management system and online application for our Learn and Earn program. Our 
summer youth employment program employs about 2,000 youth and involves 30+ community-based 
youth serving agencies, 20+ corporate employers, 300+ summer job sites, a number of funders, and 
more than 3,000 youth applicants.

About WIOA Youth Employment 
​Programs

The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) provides a comprehensive youth employment program for serving eligible youth, ages 14-24, many of whom may face barriers to education, career training or employment.

 The WIOA Youth Program is part of Title I and focuses primarily on out-of-school youth. Local programs provide youth services in partnership with American Job Centers and under the direction of local Workforce Development Boards.
