Intake & Eligibility
Launchpad Solution has an intuitive six-step intake form that captures necessary data elements to create a participant record. Upon completing the intake form, Launchpad displays a list of program matches as potential eligibility options. The case manager can further complete the assessment before deciding on eligibility and enrollment.
The assessment screens allow the staff to document the different assessment types for the participant in order to make an eligibility decision that is clear and convincing. If additional time is required for the participant to complete a trial work experience assessment, an extension of time is allocated and documented in order for the counselor to make an eligibility determination.

The case manager and individual decide the services required to achieve an employment outcome based on needs and career goals. The IPE captures goals, expectations, track milestones, next steps, financial allotment, and services to be provided.
The case manager can create a referral for the Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) program, the Independent Living Program, the Supported Employment Program, and Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program. Referrals to other WIOA and other partner programs are also available.

Launchpad Solution provides the capability to produce customized reports and dashboards to display data across all programs, including Rehabilitation Services and WIOA programs using the Participant Individual Record Layout (PIRL).
